Harpers collects Personal Information in order to provide personalized product and information services.

In order to request such information, you need to contact us by letter, email, or telephone and outline the nature of your enquiry. Harpers will take reasonable steps to let you know, generally, what sort of Personal Information we hold, for what purposes, and how we collect, use, and disclose that information.
Upon your request, Harpers will also provide access to your Personal Information we hold, except in certain prescribed circumstances, including emergency situations, specified business imperatives, and law enforcement or other public interests.
We will endeavor to keep and maintain the data held by us as accurate, complete, relevant, and up to date as possible. It is important that the information that we hold about you is up to date. You must let us know if information that you have provided to us has changed.
